Tracy Harper Becomes Director at The Spa at Sun Valley

Tracy Harper is the new director of The Spa at Sun Valley (Sun Valley, ID). In her new role, Harper assumes responsibility for management and program development for the 20,000-square-foot spa, full-service salon, and state of the art fitness center, which opened in 2015 as part of the complete renovation of the Sun Valley Lodge.

Additionally, Harper oversees the spa's menu, which offers guests services featuring select high-quality ingredients and services designed to boost the spirit and indulge the senses by showcasing the area’s natural resources. “Tracy’s wealth of knowledge and experience in the spa industry is invaluable for our guests at The Spa at Sun Valley,” says Tim Silva, Sun Valley Resort’s vice president and general manager. “We are thrilled to welcome her to the team and look forward to seeing her thrive.”

Harper brings with her more than 10 years of management experience in the spa and wellness industry. Most recently, she was the director of spa and recreation at the Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas, where she managed the day spa, fitness center, and overall recreation operations. She was also responsible for increasing year-over-year revenue growth by 20 percent. Prior to that, Harper was the director of spa and fitness at Hotel Park City in Park City, UT."I am delighted to join the Wood River Valley community and to work alongside such a supportive and passionate team at Sun Valley Resort,” says Harper. “I look forward to creating a one-of-a-kind wellness experience for both locals and guests to ensure they return to The Spa at Sun Valley time and time again.”
