Although food delivery services, such as Seamless, and meal kit delivery services, like Blue Apron and Hello Fresh, seem to be flourishing, cooking at home remains one of the best ways to ensure healthy and affordable eating. Thanks to a new cookbook from Well+Good, wellness enthusiasts can enjoy some of the same healthy recipes that the site’s contributors do.

In Well+Good: 100 Recipes + Expert Advice for Better Living (Clarkson Potter), Well+Good founders Alexia Brue and Melisse Gelula have curated a variety of easy and delicious recipes, such as Venus Williams’s Jalapeno Vegan Burger and Gabrielle Bernstein’s Tahini Fudge. Every recipe is labeled by eating style (gluten-free, low-sugar, vegan, keto, and more) and for its healthy benefits, so readers can eat for better digestion, skin, sleep, mood, energy, focus, and sex.

“We really hope the book helps demystify and democratize healthy eating—it doesn’t have to be hard or expensive to make or taste like the forest floor,” says Gelula. “These recipes are ones the contributors have made a trillion times for themselves and their friends and families and will make a trillion times more—they’re that good.”

The book is currently available for preorder on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Indie Bound.
