PCA Skin, an innovator in the development of professional treatments and daily care products, has appointed Chris Payne as chief marketing officer. In this role, Payne will be responsible for leading all marketing and communication initiatives to drive the growth of PCA Skin through both professional and consumer channels. Payne brings more than 15 years of beauty industry experience to his role. He most recently served as senior vice president of global marketing for Arcade Beauty, where his team delivered best-in-class product sampling solutions to global beauty brands. He was previously assistant vice president of marketing for Lancôme’s anti-aging business, led marketing teams at Clarisonic, and was involved in the sale of the brand to L’Oreal in 2011.
