Q+A

What has been your greatest accomplishment in the industry?

There have been many: Providing 65,000-plus organic meals to sick children through the Eminence Kids Foundation, winning the American Spa Professional’s Choice Award “Favorite Skincare Line” for nine years in a row, and leading our company to become the first professional skin care brand to become a Certified B Corporation®. But, mostly, I love hearing the day-to-day stories from real-life Eminence users who have had their lives positively impacted by the results of our skin care products. A

What about your job do you enjoy most?

I enjoy traveling back to Hungary, where I oversee our manufacturing, farming, and flagship location for the Eminence Kids Foundation. I’m also involved in our Green Company Initiatives and building plans, which is fulfilling, as my degree is in civil engineering. Holding an engineering degree also means that I have a keen understanding of strategy, logistics, exact numbers, and efficiency. I love to take a good hard look at the data when making decisions.

How does your company stand out from its competitors?

Eminence has been voted as “Favorite Skincare Line” and “Favorite for Product Education” for nine years in a row by spa professionals. The Eminence Kids Foundation provides organic meals to seriously ill children worldwide. Our Forests for the Future program plants a tree for every retail product sold. As a Certified B Corporation®, Eminence is among the leaders of the global movement using the power of business to solve social and environmental problems.

How do you incorporate wellness into your daily life?

Whenever possible, I choose to eat only organic. We also have a Whole Foods near the Eminence Organics central office, so I’ll stop in and pick up an organic green veggie juice for a healthy on-the-go option.

How do you stay passionate about what you do?

At Eminence, we hope to leave the world a better place than we found it. We aim to achieve that through developing healthy skin care, providing organic meals to children undergoing medical treatments, and planting millions of trees. Our goal is to make a lasting, positive impact on the world through responsible, conscious business. It’s easy to stay passionate about that— remembering the purpose beyond profit.
