What was the path that led you into the spa industry?
I came across the spa business via wholesale product sales. 3000BC has a namesake brand of products that I began selling in 1999. I was living in New York and began outside sales in the New York market. After a few months in that position a full-time position opened in the corporate office and spa, so I happily moved to Philadephia to become the Spa Director of the 3000BC Flagship Spa.
What is your favorite place in the world?
My favorite place in the whole world is Paris!
If you could have any profession in the world, other than what you do now, what would you be?
Hahaha, id' be a singer and a dancer! Now, i'd need some talent to go with that, but I just think it would be amazing to be able to entertain people.
What is your motto or concept that you live by?
Just for today.
What is your most treasured possession?
My loft. i love my home. it's a great space, it has tons of natural light, and it is so comfortable. its a great place for me to turn the world off and escape.
What’s your go-to spa treatment?
Deep tissue massage - every time!
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Becoming the v.p of sales and marketing for 3000BC HOME. 3000bc wellmed spa, just launched a direct selling divison called 3000BC HOME and I was promoted to the VP of Sales & Marketing. This is giving me an opportunity to really focus on my true passion, skincare! Our spa has always had a heavy focus on medical skincare and our namesake product line is our #1 seller. We've now taken that line of products to market at www.3000bchome.com and are allowing women across the country to create their own business.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I'd really love hair again.
Care to share any details on family life, i.e. spouse, partner, children, pets?
I've got a great extended family 3 nephews, 2 nieces who are spread all over the east coast from New York to Florida. We don't get to see each other very often, so my day to day life is filled up with an amazing group of close friends. I do have a dog - piper, a 5 lb toy fox terrier who is sort of like the mascot of the 3000bc wellmed spa!
Tell us two things about yourself we don’t know.
I am an avid biker and this spring weather has me dreaming of long rides in the hot sun.I love the ocean, so boating, cruises, or being at the beach is one of my favorite pass times! Honestly, I should live in L.A! Santa Monica calls my name on a regular basis!!!
