How many years have you been involved in the spa and hospitality industry?

27 years hospitality, 8 years in the spa business.

What has surprised you most about the spa world?

What has surprised us most is that the clients feel very comfortable here. As they reveal their personal information to our technicians, they are showing a strong manner of trust in Bioxage.

Where do you think the industry is heading?

The industry is definitely headed in the direction of anti-aging products with the Baby Boomer generation. There are 75 million people fueling this trend, and also clients are becoming more aware of their health and wellness.

What is the strangest client request you’ve fielded?

We had a client in a facial procedure who could not close his eyes. Someone also came in intoxicated for a waxing procedure because of the pain.

What’s your go-to spa treatment?

My favorite is the Bioxage Deep Cleansing Facial. After, the skin is ready to completely absorb any treatment or product deeper. It offers improved skin quality, removes dead skin, and allows skin to produce continued collagen and elastin.
