Spa Talk with Skylar Burnworth

Meet Skylar Burnworth, business development manager of Fit Bodywrap.

What’s your go-to spa treatment?

As much as I hate to admit it, I rarely can get in for a treatment myself. However, when I do, I am a sucker for a standard Swedish massage. I recently had the opportunity to have a treatment done at a local property and the massage included an ESPA Pink Mud scalp treatment- absolutely divine.

How do you like to spend your time away from work?

When I am away from work I like to spend my time camping. Getting out into nature while spending time with family and friends is when I am truly relaxed and in my element.

I learned there is no job too small for anyone and everyone should always pitch in if they can. Collaboration, team work and communication is so crucial to a thriving business and happy employees.

What’s the best advice you’ve received?

Whenever anyone in the family is going through a hard time you will hear my grandma say “Oh honey, nothing lasts forever. In 6 months, you won’t even remember this happened”. What a true statement! There are very few things in life that are really worth stressing over.
