Ski Bunnies Can Celebrate the Full Moon at Bloom Spa

Last night I attended a Vail Resorts special event here in New York City, where many of Colorado's most iconic resorts and hotels were represented. The last time I visited the area was for an end-of-season ski trip back in April, and this event reminded me how much I can't wait to return. In addition to the obvious ski scene, I also fell in love with the quaint shops and restaurants in Vail Village, along with the burgeoning spa scene. I remember how much I enjoyed my much-needed massage at Bloom Spa at The Sebastian after my first day on the slopes. Now that ski season is approaching (it's already snowing in Vail), not only can't I wait to get out on the Colorado mountains again, I also look forward to returning to Bloom Spa to experience the Full Moon Goddess Spa Night, which takes place once a month during (as the name implies) the full moon. For $40, the evening includes a 10-minute oxygen treatment, a 10-minute chair massage, a makeup application, and a 10-minute hairdo, as well as light snacks and wine. Guests are also encouraged to bring their swimsuits to enjoy the pool, hot tubs, and sauna. The next full moon is taking palce November 10, and I am hoping my next flight to Vail will be scheduled then, as well.
