What do women want? The age-old question is now a key component in marketing and sales strategies for many industries, including the spa and wellness space. Thankfully, the Women's Marketing and Seurat Group polled more than 1,000 multicultural women about how they find and buy beauty products. The results were released this summer and looked at the influence of mobile in purchasing decisions, what female consumers look for before they shop, how they choose among brands, and how shoppign habits at various retail stores differ.
