AquaVie at Westgate Hotel (San Diego)

Located adjacent to the Westgate Hotel (San Diego), is the new the $14 million, 40,000-square-foot AquaVie wellness center. Designed by Hollander Design Group, it is a luxe multi-level urban oasis—the first floor hosts a reception area, retail space, and two studios; the second level features locker rooms; the third floor is dedicated to training with an array of cardio equipment and two group exercise studios; and the rooftop features a Junior Olympic-sized lap pool, a hot tub, and a lounge area as well as three private studios, a running track, and a living wall. Additionally, The Spa at AquaVie features five treatment rooms and a lounge. “Members and hotel guests will be invited to choose their wellness path upon arrival," says Emily Talbot, director of spa and wellness services. "Each space will represent an intention that offers something for everybody.”
