EMINENCE SUPPORTS THE SPA INDUSTRY

In addition to Eminence’s ongoing programs, when the spa industry was hit hard with closures due to COVID-19, Eminence Organic Skin Care took many actions to support business during these challenging times. For the first time, the company shifted in-person training to offer virtual education through webinars, virtual masterclasses and custom spa trainings. From March 2020 through October 2020, Eminence offered more than 220 virtual masterclasses and knowledge sessions for over 400 hours of education, as well as over 4,800 trainings for Spa Partners. Even as in-person trainings, tradeshows and networking events restart, Eminence is still offering a variety of virtual education options, to ensure spa professionals continue to grow their knowledge in whichever environment they feel most comfortable.

To thank spa professionals for their efforts and commitment in 2020, Eminence Organics provided 10,000 “Welcome Back Gifts” which included a selection of Eminence products, a reusable face mask and seasonal clutch. In addition to this, the company eliminated minimum order amounts and Eminence Spa Partners were able to retain their Loyalty Program tier and benefits. Eminence also launched the “Support Your Spa” service, providing spas with exposure to new clients and additional revenue from web sales. As spas prepared for reopening, Eminence increased digital marketing and advertising to drive traffic to spas, encouraging customers to locate a spa in their area.
