SPATRADE EXPERT ANN BROWN APPOINTED TO ISPA EDUCATION COMMITTEE

LAKE OZARK, M, Ann Brown, spa director at Spa Shiki in Lake Ozark, Missouri, was recently appointed to the International Spa Association¹s Education
Committee. Brown is one of 11 committee members selected from around the world. Active in the spa industry for over 10 years, Brown has maintained a focus on improving education within the industry throughout her career.

Brown is also a founding member of the American Spa Therapy Education and Certification Council (ASTECC) and currently serves as treasurer of the organization. She has served as spa director at Spa Shiki at the Lodge of Four Seasons since the spa¹s opening in 1999. Spa Shiki is one of the
largest resort spas in the Midwest and serves as one of only two ASTECC training centers in the United States.

For 12 years, ISPA has been recognized worldwide as the leading professional organization and voice of the spa industry. ISPA's membership is comprised of nearly 2,000 health and wellness facilities and providers from 53 countries. Since 1991, ISPA has been committed to forming and maintaining alliances that will educate, set standards, provide resources and build coalitions for the industry.
