Here are some of the ways that Eminence Organics delivers world-class education to ensure its Spa Partners continue to be recognized as industry-leading skin care experts:

Opening Training:

When partnering with a new spa, the Sales Representatives and Training Specialists at Eminence Organics deliver three in-spa training sessions within the first three months of the account being opened. All team members at the spa are invited to join these trainings, from estheticians and spa managers to front-desk staff and massage therapists. The objective of the opening training sessions is to help the new client develop their spa’s menu, customize treatment protocols, and merchandize the space, but Eminence also believes that these trainings will help increase understanding and retention of foundational information.

Quarterly Trainings:

In addition to the opening training for new spa accounts, Eminence also understands that continuing education is important in this ever-evolving industry. The Training Specialists and Sales Representatives at Eminence are experts in their assigned region and marketplace and provide quarterly trainings throughout the year to develop solutions to their clients’ unique education and business needs.

In addition to quarterly training, regional training events are offered to give partnering spas the opportunity to learn from Eminence’s highly skilled and entertaining International Trainers. These full-day events allow a deeper dive into regionally relevant topics, product knowledge, skin care trends, or retail and massage techniques. These Regional Trainings also allow for networking and provide the opportunity for attendees to learn from other partner spas in the area.

In 2021, Eminence Organics attended 10 in-person and virtual tradeshows, featuring countless masterclasses, hands-on training sessions and demonstrations by an impressive roster of International Trainers as well as by the company’s President & Master Trainer, Boldijarre Koronczay. Eminence is extremely passionate about these training sessions and also values the ability to connect with estheticians, students, and new customers in person at these tradeshows to answer questions, network, and share product knowledge and skills.
