Joined by Gilbert Baeriswil, general manager at Castle Hotel & Spa (Tarrytown, New York); Tarrytown resident Kevin Plunkett, Westchester’s deputy county executive; Drew Fixell, mayor of Tarrytown, and Jiro Sato, president of Sankara Hotels & Resorts, cut the ceremonial ribbon and officially opened the new multi-million dollar THANN Sanctuary at Castle Hotel & Spa. Debbie Nigro of The Debbie Nigro Show, welcomed a crowd of local and regional friends, clients, and supporters, including Eileen Mildenberger, director of the Office of Economic Development in Westchester and Natasha Caba Caputo, director of Westchester County Tourism & Film, as well as guests from Japan and Thailand. THANN Sanctuary Spa opened after a one-year construction phase, which was part of the recent multi-million renovations and refurbishment project at Castle Hotel & Spa. Guests were treated to Asian-themed hors d’oeuvres from the kitchen of the Castle’s Chef Marc Lippman, which included a spring roll demonstration, spicy tuna rolls, organic chicken satay and mango dipping sauce, and more. A traditional Keto Harp was played throughout the evening. The THANN Sanctuary Spa offers a menu of services, as well as new treatments that include the THANN Signature Massage, Traditional Thai Massage, Revitalizing Facial, Nano Shiso Therapy, Swedish Massage, and THANN Aromatherapy Massage.
