Celebrate National Healthy Skin Month this November

As the harsh winter weather starts to set in, many of your clients may be suffering dry and dehydrated skin. Now is the time to promote your spa's skincare services. If that isn't reason enough, November is National Healthy Skin Month. Needless to say, it's the perfect time to educate your clients on maintaining healthy skin throughout the year. Whether it be eating right, wearing sunscreen, or taking supplements, there are numerous tips you can share with your clients to improve the overall health of their skin. I was once told by a highly regarded esthetician to avoid all dairy, if I wanted my problem skin to improve. What skincare advice have you found most helpful to share with your clients?
