As I've said before, I'm a sucker for boot camp. My newest obsession is a special Beyonce-themed Boot Camp at Exhale Mind Body Spa at Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows (Santa Monica, CA). Appropriately titled Bed, Bask & Beyonce, the booty-licious boot camp inspired by pop diva Beyonce Knowles invites all the single (and taken) ladies to shimmy and shake their way to a better body with tunes from a live DJ. Scheduled for Thursday, May 24, this fun fitness program includes diva-worthy trunk shows, retail specials, and more. After boot camp, participants can relax with a night at the luxe Fairmont Miramar. It sounds like my kind of a workout.
