Global Revival

Wanting to make its guests feel at home wherever they are in the world, Marriott International recently introduced The Revive Spa Collection, which is made up of a number of signature treatments developed with the help of Marriott's top spa technicians from around the globe. The collection will be available in nearly 50 spas in 19 countries. The services, which are due out at the end of the year, will include a combination manipedicure, a hydrating facial, and a choice of mini massages. "Our guests have commented that they are most comfortable when there is some familiarity and consistency, especially in a place as intimate and potentially intimidating as a spa," says Anna Mancebo, vice president, spas and retail services for Marriott. "The Revive Spa experience is all about helping our guests get ready for what's next."— Heather Mikesell

In addition to the Native American healing treatment, The Spa at Camelback Inn (Scottsdale, AZ) will also offer the Revive Spa Collection.

Exotic Aromas

Upon checking out of the Princeville Resort (Kauai, HI), guests will remember their blissful stay, their relaxing spa treatments at the Princeville Health Club & Spa, and the fragrant aroma of the Maile flower. Yes, the island is full of lush, tropical flora, but the distinctive signature scent is called Maile Mist, a custom-made fragrance created specifically for the hotel by Malie Kaua'i. The aromatherapy spray, derived from the vine of the island's indigenous Maile flower, is sprayed on the linens in the spa and hotel rooms and is integrated into the resort's spa products. Maile Mist is available for complimentary guest usage during their stay and also for purchase.— Julie Keller
