How to Create Tokyo-Inspired Nail Designs

Sweater weather has returned to New York City, and the chill in the air is also inspiring me to try on a new coat of culturally inspired nail polish. These creative nail art looks feature shades from Essie’s Fall 2016 Collection and draw inspiration from the fashionable flair of Tokyo. Try the step-by-steps below for clients this fall.
