The Metropole ESPA Monte-Carlo is Set to Debut New Greek-Inspired Menu

Years ago, I visited Monaco, which proved to be as glamorous as I had imagined. While all the hotels were sights to behold, I developed an affinity for one in particular, Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo. At the time, the hotel had just opened a new ESPA, which I didn't think could be improved upon. However, times change, and it seems a bit of refreshing was in order. The Metropole ESPA Monte-Carlo was recently closed while the pool area and Joel Robuchon restaurant are being renovated by renowned fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld. When the spa reopens on November 1, it will debut a selection of new bespoke treatments inspired by the ancient Greek mythology theme chosen by Lagerfeld and seen in the new renovation. The new Grecian-inspired menu will include Eros, an exclusive treatment for couples that includes a steam shower, a chromotherapy bath, and a synchronized massage; Hercules, a selection of treatments for the Metropole man; Neptune, treatments designed to detoxify the body and free the mind; and Hera, a range of prenatal and postnatal treatments. The spa is reopening with a new approach to wellbeing. Look for more on the Metropole ESPA Monte-Carlo and its new menu in an upcoming issue.
