Involved in two cooking clubs, I think it's safe to say I enjoy spending time in the kitchen. That's why I was so excited to hear about the new Summer Chef Series at Miraval (Tucson). Offered for one weekend in June, July, and August, Chef's Night In features celebrity chefs Jody Adams (June 28-30), Brooke Williamson (July 19-21), and Alex Guarnaschelli (August 23-25). Sharing their mindful approaches to cooking, these celebrated chefs will give guests the chance to discover the foods and ingredients they prepare for themselves and their families on their rare nights off. The series includes cooking classes, informational lunches, and the chance to enjoy signature dishes on the Miraval Restaurant menu. It sounds like a mindful foodie's dream come true.
