New Elizabeth Arden Treatment Breathes Life Into Skin

Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas recently debuted five few treatments, and this week, I got the chance to test out the Red Door Oxygen Infusion Facial ($175, 50 minutes). New York is a pretty polluted city, and I was really excited to test out this treatment that helps battle the ravages of pollution and free radicals. This service infuses the skin with oxygen and collagen to offer deep rejuvenation. First, a collagen serum helps restore elacticity and firmness. Next, a steady mist of pressurized oxygen, delivered deep into the cellular layers of the skin, provides an immediate plumping effect. The end result was a youthful complexion that looks fresh, radiant, and glowing. In fact, I didn’t even need to apply makeup that day, and I received countless compliments on my gorgeous skin.

The other new treatments look just as enticing, and I look forward to trying them. Among them are:

Ultimate Arden Facial ($255, 80 minutes): This facial combines innovative technology and relaxing hot stones. Skin is renewed with Red Door Spas’ proprietary organic flower peel microdermabrasion (or lactic acid peel), and then nourished and toned with a soothing milk and honey face and eye collagen mask with marine bio-extracts and a skin-firming décolleté treatment. It also includes a warm stone upper body massage, an intensive hand treatment, and a relaxing scalp massage. The experience concludes with a personalized Elizabeth Arden makeup application.

Keratin Complex Express Blow-Out ($150, 60 minutes): This hourlong treatment dramatically reduces frizz, curl, and styling time for up to six weeks and can be washed out the same day. This gentle formula utilizes a trionic keratin protein and a co-polymer delivery system to leave hair smooth, silky, and more manageable.

Silk Serenity Manicure ($50) and Pedicure ($80): Tired hands and feet are treated with an invigorating sugar scrub exfoliation treatment followed by a moisturizing massage of rich body crème infused with vitamin-rich grapeseed oil. A warm paraffin treatment seals in moisture and provides complete hydration, leaving clients with silky smooth skin, and nails and toes polished to perfection.

Enhanced Red Wax Formulation (prices starting at $27): Ms. Arden’s renowned, proprietary beeswax formula has been updated and enhanced to provide an even better experience for Red Door guests. Formulated with natural fruit extracts of acai berry, red raspberry, and red currant, which offer anti-inflammatory healing benefits and a powerful source of antioxidants to nourish and replenish skin.
