Resolve to Incorporate More Happiness Into Your Spa This Coming Year

Recently, I read a story on 10 things you can do to be happier in your home. Many of the ideas resonated with me as being simple things I can incorporate in my daily life, such as setting an intent for each day and doing small favors for the people in my life without expecting anything in return. The list got me to thinking about some of the things that could be done in spas to make both clients and staff happier. Adopting an attitude of gratitude is one idea that always makes a positive impact. And now is the perfect time as the New Year approaches to introduce this concept to your staff.
