Skin Rejuvenating Smoothie and Juice Recipes!

 

Try Juicing – for a quick pick me up!

When juicing with fruits & vegetables it is best to choose those that are richest in antioxidants.

Skin Rejuvenator

4 carrots 

1 celery stalk

1 tomato

1 beet with the greens

2 oz wheatgrass juice (or 1 serving organic powdered form)

handful of parsley

Process all ingredients in juicer. Serve immediately.

This drink contains plenty of chlorophyll, beta- carotene, vitamin C, flavonoids and essential vitamins/minerals to nourish the skin from within.

 

Or for a quick and easy Smoothie:

1 cup soy, nut or rice milk

1/2 cup berries

1 tsp chia seeds (for fiber, omega 3’s)

2 TBSP yogurt

1 scoop greens based supplement (ie: wheat grass)

Blend all ingredients and Enjoy!
