St. Lucia Introduces Line-up for Third Annual Health & Wellness Retreat

Two years ago, I attended St. Lucia's inaugural Health & Wellness Retreat. The event was such a success that it is now back for its third year. Scheduled for November 1-3, the retreat, which is being billed as a means to "Elevate Yourself," will include noted experts such as Cat Cora, the first and only female Iron Chef winner; Gabrielle Bernstein, motivational speaker and New York Times best-selling author of May Cause Miracles; John Schumacher, founder and director of Unity Woods Yoga Center and one of only 13 certified advanced Iyengar yoga teachers in the U.S.; Dr. John Douillard, a specialist in sports medicine and a leading natural health and Ayurveda teacher; and Dani Devaux, creator of Blood, Sweat and Tears fitness program. Not only will participants benefit from nutritional, health, wellness, and beauty advice but also tips and hands-on experiences as a result of beachside clinics, healthy cooking demonstrations, and sunrise meditations. Priced at $595 per person, the three-day retreat also includes daily spa treatments, fitness classes, receptions, and transportation from select hotels, many of which will be offering special discounted rates. It serves as the perfect kick-off to health and wellness month in November.
