Trump Spa Gets a Makeover

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to tour the recently renovated Trump Spa at Trump International Hotel & Tower New York with Ivanka Trump, who oversaw the renovation and designed the three-treatment-room spa. The $8 million renovation of the concourse level included an expanded spa, a Salt Pure pool, and a reconfigured TechnoGym fitness center. With walls tiled in shades of blue and grey, the new men's and women's locker rooms each have a steam room and sauna, backlit mirrors, and full-length lockers. The 55-foot heated lap pool is especially inviting, as it uses 100 percent pure, natural chlorine made from salt. A welcoming respite for residents and hotel guests alike, the Trump Spa is sure to appeal to those looking for a more pampering experience than that offered by its predecessor.
