Well+Good Releases Top Fitness and Wellness Trends for 2012

I’m often asked about industry trends. And after more than a decade covering the industry, I must admit, it’s not always as easy as it once was to come up with a few. It sometimes seems like it’s all been done before. Then again, perhaps being involved in the industry from its infancy has raised my expectations based on the amount of change that happened in those early years. Regardless, I’m always interested in hearing what others see as upcoming trends. Earlier this week, Well+Good released its 12 Fitness and Wellness Trends of 2012. From brushless makeup to fitness night life, these are just a few of the trends you may see over the next year.  What trends are you spotting in the industry?
