Last fall, I visited the Woodstock Inn & Resort (VT) during peak fall foliage season. It was a fabulous time for a road trip through Vermont. Although the leaves won't be changing any time soon, the resort is giving spa-goers another reason to visit this spring, April 27 - 29, with the introduction of the Women's Wellness Package (starting at $645), which includes two nights deluxe accommodations, a welcome reception, all meals on Saturday and brunch on Sunday, exercise classes, and a host of scheduled seminars with various experts. Guests will learn how to sleep through the night, keep their bones healthy, be fabulous after forty, cook with fresh herbs, and be happy without being perfect. They'll also receive a $75 credit to enjoy The Spa. While women can feel good about doing something for themselves, they can also feel good knowing that a portion of the proceeds from the package will be donated to the Vermont and New Hampshire chapter of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. It's certainly enough to make me want to go back.
