Trump SoHo New York Hires New Spa Director

Sandra LameyThe Spa at Trump SoHo New York, which is home to the first authentic luxury hammam in New York City, appointed Sandra Lamey spa director. Having managed some of the country’s most luxurious spa facilities, Lamey brings 15 years of industry experience to her new position overseeing the 11,000-square-foot spa. Lamey’s previous position include director of spa at Springs Eternal Spa at Omni Bedford Springs Resort (PA), spa operations and acting director at The Spa at The Crescent at Rosewood Crescent Hotel (Dallas), and the lead massage therapist and supervisor at the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. “With a knack for curating spa menus reflective of a spa’s unique destination, we’re confident that Sandra will take our globally recognized New York City spa to new heights,” says Gary Schweikert, general manager. “Her proven track record of innovative thinking ensures The Spa at Trump SoHo will continue to exceed guests’ expectations with unprecedented service and the highest quality of treatments.” Her responsibilities include all day-to-day operations, developing a marketing strategy, creating new programming, and managing all staff. The Spa at Trump SoHo features nine private treatment rooms and wet rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center with Technogym equipment, two separate luxury hammams for men and women, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, and an comprehensive menu of treatments and services.
