The University of California, Irvine Extension will host a webinar on Wednesday, Nov. 16, from 11:00-12:00 p.m. (PST). Jeremy McCarthy, director of global spa development operations for Starwood Hotels and Resorts will present the free webinar: Positive Leadership in Spas and Hospitality: Connecting Meaning to Work. McCarthy will focus on how employees in the spa and hospitality industry can find more powerful meaning, purpose, and motivation in their work, as he presents strategies of positive psychology and positive organizational scholarship.
