WTS International (WTS), a global spa consultancy and management firm, appointed Lily Tan as vice president of Asia Pacific. In her new role, she will oversee development and operations for WTS Asia. A former regional director of operations for the Minor Group, Tan oversaw the northern Asia region for the company. She has also worked on conceptual branding, spa design, spa menu development, and operations with Accor, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott, and Urban Group properties. “I will be responsible for managing all existing accounts in the region and for developing new business to grow WTS’s presence,” says Tan. “I’ll also work with the U.S. team to provide consulting services, in addition to building the APAC team.” She previously joined the Royal Brunei Jerudong Park Medical Centre to manage and develop numerous spas, medical spas, rehabilitation centres, and fitness facilities in Asia. She’s also worked for international retail brands, including Estée Lauder, Lancôme, and Guerlain in development, sales, and staff training. “Lily Tan’s extensive experience within the spa, hospitality, and wellness industries, combined with her background in design and architecture, brings a truly positive value proposition not only to WTS International, but also to all of our clients,” says Gary Henkin, president of WTS. “We’re delighted that Lily is now part of the WTS team.”
