Hydrafacial Company and FriendMedia Announce Collaboration

The HydraFacial Company, a leading skincare company, and FriendMedia, an in-practice patient engagement system, announced a collaboration to build awareness of the HydraFacial treatment. The HydraFacial is a skincare system that uses HydroPeel tips in combination with a unique serum delivery system to exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin. It features customizations to treat all skintypes by improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores, and brown spots.

“This year our goal is to provide our customers with enhanced tools to make their practice successful,” said Clint Carnell, CEO of The HydraFacial Company. “FriendMedia will help HydraFacial providers educate and engage with their clients in a meaningful way that elevates their business.”

FriendMedia aims to engage medical spa-goers by providing doctors with promotional content. The content helps spas build revenue and can be shown on in-office televisions and tablets. This partnership with med spas, which use HydraFacial, gives business and doctors a way to educate their customers about the facial while promoting various new products and events.

The HydraFacial Company, which is based out of Long Beach, CA, creates different skincare technologies and solutions, including hydradermabrasion, Hydrafacial, and Perk products, which use a roller-flex system to exfoliate and replenish skin.

HydraFacial recently underwent rebranding in 2017, including the building of a new headquarters. This is part of a set plan to continue growing the company. It includes a new training facility and corporate departments. Although the customer care, sales support, marketing, human resources, finance, and leadership teams already operate out of the new headquarters, the research and development team from HydraFacial are not planned to move to the new location until later this year.
