1.      Who are the potential users of specific types of spa services in your target area?

 

 2.      What is their demographic profile?

 

 3.      What is the size of the potential market?

 

 4.      How many prospects are past users of spa services?  Which services have they used?

 

5.      Which spa services are prospects who have never tried a spa interested in trying?  What is the profile of those interested in each service?

 

 6.      Do populations with specific health problems have a greater interest in spa services?

 

 7.      What are the primary motives that prospects have for considering spa services?

reduce stress?        be pampered?              lose weight?                 improve appearance?
