Beam CBD, a wellness brand founded by former professional athletes, has tapped Billy Horschel, a professional golfer, and Danica Patrick, a professional racecar driver, as its two latest brand ambassadors and investors.

Beam found success in the CBD market by offering a line of  phytocannabinoid-rich CBD products.  It  also  works through an internal testing process with multiple independent laboratories to ensure their products are free of THC, leads, heavy metals, and pesticides.

“With everything we put into our bodies needing to be compliant, it means a lot knowing they’ve gone lengths to make sure an athlete like myself can remain eligible while enjoying the positive effects of CBD," says Horschel.

In 2018, she left racing and began focusing on her entrepreneurial interests including her vineyard in Napa Valley, as well as her book and podcast, both titled  Pretty Intense.  Investing in Beam as her latest venture is consistent with her quest for wellness and balance.

“As we navigate these challenging times, it’s very important to Beam to maintain our ‘people first’ ethos,” says Kevin Moran, Beam cofounder. “This means we take care of ourselves, our teammates, and our community equally, and advocate a holistic approach to wellness where our products are a complement to a healthy, active lifestyle.”
