Nature’s Highway announced its new proprietary, pharmacist-formulated skincare line, CannaBloom Cosmetics. The topical line of 100 percent clean CBD-infused lotions and creams are designed for all skin types. “The CannaBloom line is infused with CBD sourced from our hand-cultivated, organically grown hemp on our third-generation family farm in Neeses, SC, founded in the late 1940s,” says Dr. Luke Zippi, Nature’s Highway in-house pharmacist. “Each cosmetic product has been created under strict conditions in our controlled, pharmaceutical-grade laboratories. The end result is an effective, luxurious, pure, and safe line of cosmetics.”
Unlike Nature’s Highway’s other CBD products that contain full-spectrum CBD, CannaBloom cosmetics are made with CBD isolate, which contain no THC, making them ideal for people with sensitivity or allergies to THC. The pure CBD isolate crystals are blended with botanicals to produce luscious creams and serums that glide on skin evenly and smoothly. “The CBD used in CannaBloom is extracted from our hemp using ethanol extraction,” says Zippi. “This helps to preserve the potency of the CBD and removes any unwanted material, resulting in a full-spectrum CBD hemp oil. For our line of cosmetics, the full-spectrum oil then goes through a further distillation process to leave behind pure CBD isolate crystals.”
