Celebrity Makeup Artist Launches Bath Bar

To celebrate its highly anticipated opening, Bath Bar (Los Angeles) held a star-studded party on Dec. 1, at the new Bath Bar in Hermosa Beach, CA, its first retail flagship store in North America. "I'm really thrilled that friends, family, and work colleagues attended the Bath Bar opening and I am very appreciative their support," says Kristina Vogel, founder of Bath Bar celebrity makeup artist. "Guests thoroughly enjoyed sampling the enticing fragrances, browsing through the numerous products, and relaxing on the sofas and on the outdoor patio." Celebrity guests Annalyne McCord, Jessica Stroup, Shenae Grimes, Matt Lanter, Kyra Sedgwick, and Rochelle Aytes (ABC's upcoming Mistresses) attended the festive event. "The idea for my business started a couple of years ago when I was traveling for long periods away from home as a film industry makeup artist," says Vogel. "After working long days, I really appreciated coming back to my hotel room to soak in a long hot bath with a few key fragranced bath oils and salts that I mixed myself, and letting my tired muscles and body relax in the inviting, therapeutic water. It relieved me but also calmed my mind and gave me the inspiration to create my own fragrance and bath line. This is the experience I want women to look forward to when using Bath Bar...A way to invigorate or let go of daily stress, dream a little, and enjoy the simple pleasures in life. After conceiving of the product line, I thought it would be essential to create a retail store around this concept."

Bath Bar offers a full line of bath and body products, including body washes, lotions, mists, sprays, soaks and roll-on perfumes, available in four signature scents or customizable fragrances, which are sold online and at the retail store.
