For a more detailed step-by-step on how to perform gua sha, check out Dr. Trattner's recent American Spa article on Nine Ways to Safely Perform Gua Sha at Home. And be sure not to miss another American Spa Facebook Live by following us: we're on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
