Gympass has a network of more than 50,000 gyms, studios, classes, personal trainers, and wellness apps – provided by companies to their employees all in a single benefit. The network also includes Wellness Coaches, who are uniquely positioned to understand each subscriber’s individual needs and goals, build personalized plans and guide them along their wellbeing journey. According to Gympass’ Year in Motion report, healthy habit tracking solutions experienced the fastest usage growth on the Gympass network in 2023, growing 111% year-over-year, while personalization emerged as a trending feature, up 44% YoY.

“Gympass more than doubles the number of employees engaged with wellness, thanks to the breadth of our global partner network and the attractive prices of our plans that cost 30-50% less than traditional gym memberships. We’re excited to strengthen our proven ability to drive employee enrollment by providing access to Apple Fitness+ across more than 15,000 corporate clients and millions of employees globally,” said Cesar Carvalho, CEO and co-founder of Gympass.

Prioritizing wellbeing is more important to employees than ever, according to Gympass’s 2024 State of Work-Life Wellness report. The vast majority (87%) of employees would consider leaving a company that does not focus on employee wellbeing, while 93% value wellbeing as much as their salaries. Companies are investing in wellbeing to meet these employee needs and drive business performance: Gympass customers see workforces that are 40% less likely to turnover and can save their companies up to 35% on healthcare costs.
