Whet Your Appetite at Wellness Wednesday Yoga

True Food Kitchen hosts Wellness Wednesday YogaYoga Month events are as plentiful as the poses that make up the practice, and I'm definitely on board. Spa-goers are enjoying each and every one and soaking up all the healthy benefits for mind, body, and soul. True Food Kitchen, a growing healthy restaurant chain, got a head start on Yoga Month this year with complimentary yoga classes held right at the Newport, CA, restaurant on the patio. These Wellness Wednesday Yoga classes create an opportunity for holistic wellness. After savory stretches and diving into downward dog, yogis can refuel with healthy eats from the menu based on Dr. Weil's anti-inflammatory diet. The post-workout food isn't free, but it's filled with heart and skin-healthy nutrients such as kale, matcha, and quinoa. Yogis are encouraged to share their experience and keep the zen vibes flowing with the hashtag #TrueWellness.

That's definitely one way to say om and yum.
