It is known to have numerous benefits that can be accomplished in various ways—through alternative spa treatments or by actively taking part in wellness classes. This can include treatments, such as guided meditation, massages, mindfulness classes, energy work, and Ayurveda. It can also include alternative therapies that help induce sleep, which is one of the most beneficial aspects that individuals need for mental clarity; stress and anxiety relief; improving and regulating mood; and overall wellbeing, including lowering blood pressure.
