Class Content and Details
The two-day, in-person certification provides both theory and immersive hands-on experience. Attendees will:
- Explore the effects of chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, and immunotherapy on the skin—addressing dryness, sensitivity, inflammation, and redness.
- Learn modified consultation and intake protocols tailored to oncology clients.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of ingredient safety and product selection, using oncology-safe formulas like Hydra Dew Pure™ and Lamina Lift™ Masks.
- Practice gentle massage techniques, including effleurage and lymphatic-safe work using a Kansa Wand, to support circulation and relaxation.
- Understand contraindications—caring for clients with ports, lymphedema risks, or low immunity—and implement safe adaptation strategies.
- Foster a soothing and private spa environment using breathing-support rituals, emotional support techniques, and best-in-class sanitation.
Each attendee receives a professional training kit, practical demonstrations, and downloadable treatment protocols.
Certification:
Upon completion, attendees earn the Repêchage® Oncology Skincare Specialist certificate—demonstrating advanced expertise and commitment to client wellness.
