What makes you passionate about your class topic?
I am passionate about the interconnectedness of the brain, gut, and skin in aging and beauty. Our overall wellness is dynamic, and teaching about how to take care of these organs is very important. In wellness and beauty, everything is connected!

If you could attend one class at IECSC Florida (besides yours), which would it be and why?

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

"Take consistent action, even when you're uncertain." Action breeds clarity and progress, while overthinking can lead to stagnation. By moving forward, even with small steps, you learn, adapt, and grow, gaining the confidence and knowledge needed to navigate challenges and reach your goals. Trust the process, embrace imperfection, and keep moving forward.

For readers who have never attended an industry trade show, what's the number-one reason they should attend?

Trade shows bring together industry leaders, potential clients, suppliers, and innovators all in one place, offering invaluable face-to-face interactions that can open doors to new partnerships and bring knowledge, business opportunities, and insights. These connections can accelerate your growth and give you a competitive edge by keeping you informed about the latest trends and technologies shaping your industry.

To attend Arlene's class or any of the classes offered at IECSC Florida, be sure to register here to attend IECSC Florida from October 13-14, 2024. What's more, use code AMERICANSPA to get 20% off education classes.
