After announcing her departure from American Spa in December, Julie Keller Callaghan, the brand’s former editor-in-chief and publisher has joined the team at Hutchinson Consulting, the hospitality industry’s leading executive search and recruiting firm, as an executive recruiter and marketing and communications specialist. In her new role, Keller Callaghan will pull from her 15 years of experience at the helm of American Spa to help match viable candidates with four- and five-star resorts, spas, and wellness destinations.
“As my career has evolved over the years, the most inspiring part of my job was connecting people and developing meaningful relationships,” says Keller Callaghan. “I have loved helping members of our community adopt strategies for doing their jobs better and expanding their brands. At Hutchinson, Keller Callaghan will help expand the firm’s wellness recruitment services in the spa, wellness, and hospitality space. She will also work with Hutchinson’s executive team to assist in developing powerful marketing messages and producing brand growth for Hutchinson’s more than 20,000 candidate data base. She will continue to serve as an industry expert, attending and speaking at events, serving as an expert judge and panelist, and sharing industry knowledge she has developed by leading the industry’s top media brand for spa and wellness professionals.
