Oakworks Explains How to Ensure Your Massage Tables Are Safe and Sanitary for Clients

Oakworks

Oakworks, the popular manufacturers of spa, massage, and medical equipment and tables, is just one of many wellness brands that have made themselves available to aid in the fight against COVID-19 this year. In April, Oakworks Medical produced and donated emergency field beds to combat the nationwide hospital bed shortage due to Coronavirus. The beds came in two models, manual and electric, and were suitable for use in field hospitals and overflow facilities.

Now, Oakworks is ready to help spas prepare to re-open as society continues to flatten the curve. While sanitization and disinfectant of surfaces, products, and linens has been heavily discussed, an often overlooked topic is the safety of massage tables. Below, watch Jessica Wadley, vice president of business development, integrative health, and wellness at Oakworks, share some expert tips about preparing your spa equipment to re-open post-Coronavirus.
