Business leader and motivational speaker Donato Tramuto will offer the keynote on the first full day of the 2022 Club Industry Executive Summit, Oct. 17-19 at the Renaissance Downtown Chicago in Chicago.
The theme of the event, Enhancing the Bottom Line: The Role of Technology, Operations and Compassionate Leadership, is based on Tramuto’s latest book, “The Double Bottom Line: How Compassionate Leaders Captivate Hearts and Deliver Results.” In the book, Tramuto explores the importance of compassion in driving the well-being of a business and its people. He shares insights from a variety of business leaders, politicians and well-known personalities. In the book, Tramuto offers a new model of leadership, sharing success stories of compassionate leaders who delivered results. He also shares how to cultivate more compassionate people.
In the breakfast address on the first day of the Executive Summit conference program, Tramuto will set the tone of the event, focusing on what being a compassionate leader means, why it’s important today and how it will deliver better results for your business.
“Mr. Tramuto is an example of how compassionate leadership creates business success,” Club Industry Managing Director Marty McCallen said. “We’re excited for him to kick off our event, and we know that the insights he’ll share will lead to deep discussions and a change in thinking for those in attendance. We thank Concierge Health for helping us secure his attendance.”
The Club Industry Executive Summit is now open for registration.
