Crown Laboratories has finalized an agreement with Eclipse, a medical technology company, to acquire its global, aesthetics-focused assets. The acquisition expands Crown's aesthetics' product portfolio. Crown will integrate the Eclipse products into the aesthetics business unit of Crown.
