Crown Laboratories announced that Joe Proctor and Michael McKenna will be stepping into new roles that will drive greater Aesthetics performance and business unit growth. Proctor will move from general manager of aesthetics to head of innovation and corporate development for Crown Aesthetics. Proctor is the founder of Crown Aesthetics and SkinPen. Proctor will remain on the leadership team and board of directors. McKenna will transition from global vice president of aesthetic sales to general manager and executive vice president of aesthetics. McKenna will oversee all commercial operations for the Aesthetics division and he has been an executive sales leader with Crown Aesthetics since 2017. He will also hold a seat on the leadership team.
