Galderma has announced the FDA has approved Restylane Eyelight for the treatment of undereye hollows (dark shadows), in adults over the age of 21. Restylane Eyelight is an undereye hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler formulated with NASHA technology for volume loss under the eyes. NASHA technology has a firm gel texture resistant to water absorption and is close to the naturally occurring HA found in skin. NASHA technology works to improve the appearance of dark shadows for up to 18 months by minimizing swelling effects to treat tired-looking eyes.
