Mybody Probiotic Skincare has re-branded as Glowbiotics MD. The skincare line features products with probiotics and targeted bio-actives to address a range of skin concerns including signs of aging, sensitivity, acne, and hyperpigmentation. The name change was influenced by the company’s successful launch of its Glowbiotics line—Probiotic Instant Resurfacing Pads and Probiotic HydraGlow Cream Oil. “It was our best launch in the history of the company and I knew we were on to something that both doctors and patients would be excited about,” says founder and CEO Christine Watson. “We realized the name Mybody didn’t properly reflect what our cutting-edge skincare products can do for your skin. As the pioneer of medical-grade topical probiotic solutions, we wanted our name to accurately represent our unique formulas and complexes that were created specifically to address and improve a variety of skin concerns that result in a glowing, youthful complexion. We feel as though our new name now accurately represents what our probiotic formulas do.” The line is currently carried in more than 1,000 doctors’ offices across the country and around the world. Medical spas and clients can still find their favorite products from the brand, as the change affects name and packaging only and formulations will remain the same. The product line is cruelty-free and does not contain phthalates, sulfates, FD&C dyes, parabens, or mineral oil.
