MyFaceMyBodythe international esthetic portal, has created The Medical Business Academy (MBA), which aims to assist healthcare professionals, esthetic practices, and help train staff at medical spas. MBA serves the medical spa community through interactive e-learning modules, business academies workshops, mentorship in business, and more.

Medical Business Academy audited more than 1,000 practices to date and found that 70 percent of medical spas lose 62 percent of their business internally, meaning that only about half of medical spas responded to inquiries within in 48 hours and only 48 percent of practices are marketing to current clients. These audits show that MBA can help these medical spas grow and implement better business practices.
