American Pool Enterprises, a commercial swimming pool management, maintenance, construction, and recreational facility management operation, recently completed the acquisition of American Leisure, a luxury lifestyle and spa design and management firm based in Nanuet, NY. The acquisition allows American Pool to offer amenity lifestyle services across all business lines. “American Leisure will continue to operate on its own platform while taking advantage of American Pool’s financial strength and market reach,” says Mitchell Friedlander, CEO of American Pool Enterprises and American Leisure. “We will continue to evaluate the service blend at American Leisure in an effort to be a complete provider in the luxury lifestyle amenity space.”
